Draft Policy
Development of a draft Mabe Neighbourhood Policy has now been created following your comments and feed back from our questionaire and numerous face to face consultations. Based on the information we have received so far. You are invited to view the document and comment on its content or offer suggestions on changes or additions via the community comments tab at the top of the main page. The various doccuments that will be attached and form the background to our policy are listed in the sections bellow.
Appendix 1 Design Codes
Development in conjunction with AECOM and the Mabe NDP Steering Group Design codes applicable to the draft policy are based on the information received so far. The design codes will form the basis of design to which any new development approved in the parish , will have to comply with.
Apendix 2 Site Allocations Assessment
Development in conjunction with AECOM and the Mabe NDP Steering Group together with the information received so far. The Site Allocation Assessment document will give perspective to any prospective development sites and how they fit with the plan as a whole, other policy requirements and the overall aspiration of the community in regard to future development.
